NCSI signs MoU with Oman Global Logistics
MUSCAT
The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Oman Global Logistics Group to train staff, provide information, exchange expertise and services in statistical and research fields.
Oman Global Logistics Group is a government holding company engaged in driving and implementing the Oman’s National Logistic Strategy.
According to the memorandum, NCSI will provide the logistics agency with relevant statistical information to the Omani International Logistics Group, while the latter will participate in joint studies and research projects with the centre, and provide necessary scientific expertise for research and studies.
The MoU provides opportunities for the parties to cooperate in the field of training of human resources through practical training programmes and specialised workshops.
A joint working team will be formed towards implementing the memorandum of understanding.
